STEP 1: Download the below forms.
STEP 2: Have your parent or guardian complete the form.
STEP 3: Bring the completed form to your local Navy League Cadet Corp along with your birth certificate, care card and fees.
Check with each Corps for the membership cost (Admiral Rayner's registration fees are $75 with a $25 midyear top up for canteen in February). | |||||
